Job Title: Foreman (Facade)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Foreman (Facade) to supervise and coordinate façade installation works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum façade systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily façade installation activities at the construction site.
- Lead and coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and skilled workers.
- Ensure façade works are completed according to project drawings and specifications.
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other construction teams.
- Inspect materials and completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and installation issues.
- Maintain daily work reports and monitor labor and material usage.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and lifting devices.
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in façade installation, with at least 2 years as a Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall, aluminum cladding, glazing, ACP, and façade systems.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and quality procedures.
