Job Title: Senior Site Engineer Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Review technical drawings and resolve site-related engineering issues.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Support project handover by ensuring all works are completed to required standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in construction projects, with proven experience as a Site Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced construction environment.
